I am not sure if there is a mechanism yet for that.

Two possibilities are to add it to the Wiki, or to put it in the files 
section of < http://www.hamsdr.com >.

For the latter, you have to be a member, but it is free to join and no 
email/spam/etc has come from this site to my knowledge.  This is where I 
usually post files for this group, then post a message here with the 
link to the file on hamsdr.
