Verilog (or VHDL or schematic capture) using free tools from the chipi 
maufacturer, in this case Altera.

Initially using the Altera programing dongle.  After Ozy is released, 
you will eventually be able to program the parts using the USB port on a 
computer through Ozy and the Atlas backplane.

> 3) Get data out

Um, depends on how you configure things.  The initial expectation, using 
Ozy, is USB.

> 4) Process what you want ?

That's entirely up to you.
