Thanks Phil,

I need some help understanding what is needed to get up and running.

My need is simple - capture about 1 sec of data at 10MS/s or better.

Can I do this in LINUX ?

We are using the libUSB library. libUSB works on both Linux and
Windows. We do not intend nor is there a need to write our own
driver.

Look at the Wiki under Mercury. I am already using it like an oscilloscope.
