[hpsdr] Janus Alpha 2 Update

The parts are all in and kitted.  Just waiting for a final RFI/EMC test, 
now due tobe performed Friday, before the PCBs are ordered.  Then it 
will take about 10 days to get the PCBs in hand, shipped and delivered 
to the testers, and units under construction.

The delays have been due to (1) ordering a couple of incorrect parts and 
(2) configuration issues with some software at the site doing the 
RFI/EMC test on the Alpha 1 prototype.
