I am simply working from the Hiitite data sheet at present. It says 10nS 
rise and fall times  10 to 90% RF - delay 24 nS 50% clock to  10, 90% RF 
out.

Yes I know that they need C in the I/P O/P but it is a lot simpler than 
playing with pot. chains and an FST3125.

Thanks for the info - I will have a play when the present project allows.
