[hpsdr] New to project

[Murali Kothandapani]

Hi

This is Murali Kothandapani. I am new to the HPSDR project. And I want to
participate in the design developemnt of the HPSDRs. Can any one give me
pointers on which section would be a nice area to start?
Is any one looking for new members to share the load of the project?

Is there any eval boards that I need to purchase to work on the project?
Please set me know.
