[hpsdr] Mercury, Excel spreadsheet calculation

Hi Phil & Phil, Nyall, All,
 
Here is my version of Nyall's (-Davies, G8IBR) spreadsheet, which he was so
kind to send to me after my first initial request to Phil (Harman VK6APH).
 
I created my own version and mapped it more precisely to the current Mercury
setup; I hope I didn't corrupt Nyall's initial "calculation logic".
 
As I was going along, I guess I went a little bit overboard by using quite a
few native visual- and logical functions of MS-Excel, so I guess this will
be a problem wrt. compatibility with non MS spreadsheet programs.
I think it shows the effects of the different settings of Mercury/LTC2208 on
the behavior of the final IP3 and Noise figure nicely.
 
It is not intended to be the "ultimate" Mercury/LTC2208 spreadsheet, I
created it for my personal use and used it to help me understand some of the
calculations on the Mercury Wiki page.
 
Thought I'd share it.
