I apologize if my message did leave that impression, it was not intended to
do that. As you can see Phil and Lyle have already responded.

Janus/Ozy are designed so that the combination will work directly with the
SDR-1000. Code written my Bill KD5TFD, and tested by the alpah1 and 2
testers have used it to control the SDR-1000. I know that a number of people
have asked, or mentioned on Teamspeak that they were planning to purchase
SDR-1000 to use with Janus and Ozy. I would say most folks have purchased
Janus/Ozy for this initial use, with out SDR-1000s.

My conversation with John at Flex, just confirmed that they would no longer
be manufacturing SDR-1000's and there were a limited quantity left. Also
that they would be doing what would be required to support Janus/Ozy in
their official release code of PowerSDR. If your intended use of Janus/Ozy
combo was for use with SDR-1000 and you don't have an SDR-1000 at this
point, you have a limited time to buy, before they 'run out'.

Sorry for any confusion.
Thanks
Eric

I'm confused.

Is this project this list is working on dependent on the SDR 1000?

Or is it the Janus and Ozy boards can be used with them in the meantime?

In other words, in the end, when this project is done, will I still need
the SDR 1000?
