[hpsdr] ALEX - Input protection

Michael:

The issue with the big ones like this, is the capacitance.
Extrapolating the chart, it would appear to be around
10,000 pF at 0 volts bias, where we will run as a receiver
input.  The part we are looking at is less than 4 pF.
