The tap at L108 is AFTER the 50KHz /230KHz filters and Q29 an IF amp.

If you prefer an unfiltered 10.7MHz then you can find it at the right
end of C504 which is next to the shielded area, just above the text
"FI2". FI3 is directly above L108 and FI2 is just to the right of FI3.
Connect to the corner of the right angle trace...this is the junction
of C504 and R149 and is just before the 50 KHz and 230 KHz filters and
looks like it is after a matching network. Still connect via a DC
Block.
The directions relate to the layout of the drawings in the Service
Manual.

I have not tested this point so any feedback would be nice and will be
included in future notes.
