[hpsdr] TortoiseSVN & Firewalls

Hi Guys,
    I need a hand setting up TortoiseSVN on my W2k box so so that I can 
get at all of the Ozy and Janus files on svn.
My firewall is a Linux box running Mandrake 10.1 and I am getting some 
errors (on the W2k box) that have me stumped, I am not sure where these 
errors are coming from?

       ¨ Can´t connect to host ´206.216.146.154´: A socket operation was 
attempted to an unreachable host.¨

       ¨405 Method Not Allowed (https://206.216.146.154)¨

Any assistance will be gratefully accepted :-[  .
