[hpsdr] Janus/Ozy sandwhich?

Hi Joe

I think the pioneers have tested the Ozy/Janus development boards 
using the Atlas. Running W/O the Atlas would be in a "non-tested" 
mode. Probably work OK, but if you had problems you couldn't be sure 
your configuration was OK.

In the early days of microcomputers I had one that suffered from 
"ringing" on the bus. Needed special terminations to avoid problems 
caused by the ringing. Stuff like that happens - if your 
configuration did this you probably would have weirdness and wouldn't 
know the cause.

If I wanted an unusual configuration I would get it working first in 
the conventional setup, then changeover.
