I agree that a 2 connector board would be the best idea.  I've had to
shear 4 layer boards off and try to use them a few times at work for
quick test projects and the results are fair.  You have to be very
careful about not shorting the layers

If you must try it, sand the cut edge with progressively finer grit
sandpaper and look at the cut edge through a magnifier or microscope.
Verify that the individual layers are actually separated.

For those building their own bare boards:  since the DIN96 connector
pads are three rows on 0.100" centers you could solder in some 0.100"
header and receptacle strips in place of the DIN connector that will
allow stacking of the OZY and JANUS.
