I also use the protoexpress no touch service and get good results. The
soldermask has gotten a bit thin lately, but no issues with the copper.
I have done very dense boards with them and had no problems. They will
not talk to you on the phone about no touch orders, and there is no
checking of the gerbers. They will run whatever you send even if pads
are masked over or other mistakes exist. The current price for 4 layer
up to 60 square inches is $51 per board with a minimum of 3 boards.
Also, I believe Advanced circuits has a 3 boards for $200 special now (
http://www.66each.com and http://www.4pcb.com ). They do a decent design
check and email a report.
