[hpsdr] FETs in mixers

Ahti (and all on the list):

Have you or anyone tested the SD8901 from Calogic? It seems to be a SMD  
version of the SD5000 but connected as a Wideband Ring Demodulator/ Mixer.  
There is a schematic showing it used with Minicircuits transformers. With  
20 dBm LO drive, the Input IP3 is 40 dBm! No need for drive via 74AC74. 2  
of them could probably be used as I/Q modulators/demodulators?
