[hpsdr] Low power micro computer

Hi All,
 
Does anybody know these or has experience with these?
 
It consumes only 5 WATTS!!! ??
( Single supply voltage, 1 Amp @ volts)
 
It looks ideal for mobile/low power consumption SDR-use?
 
Would this have enough processing power to run SDR software?
 
It apparently is based on an older AMD K7 design CPU.
