[hpsdr] A/J/O-SDR1k, Beta 1.9.1 SVN:1320

There's been no announcement from me yet on the reflectors as yet -- 
I was trying to do a little work quietly behind the curtains, Tough 
thing to do with this crew!.

The SVN commit comments from 1320 are:

More Janus/Ozy support.  Control is now functional, firmware files 
added.  Use initozy11.bat to load firmware on Ozy before running PowerSDR.
Not announcing on reflector yet - need to run a few more tests - so 
proceed with caution if you take this from SVN and run it with J/O.

SVN 1320 will work with J/O, but I've only tested it lightly, so 
proceed with caution.
