[hpsdr] It's Alive

Last night I violated my ham radio rule. Do not  play with high power when tired.....now including software.
  Tonight it worked first try but with a different sequence:
  1: Set up power SDR with an unsupported sound card
  2: Close Power SDR
  3: Run Init Ozy
  4: Turn on power SDR and configure HPSDR interface and go.:
  1gig machine 500 meg ram. Can't do 192 Khz. Time for a new one.
