[hpsdr] Janus & ADC opamps

Hi Howard,

I could not find a differential amplifier that had the same noise figure as 
the ones I used at unity gain.
All of the differential amps I looked at had relatively low noise but not at 
unity gain.

If you manage to find one please let me know.
