Reinstall the USB driver - I had exactly the same problem.

Hi, I have a problem with the initialization of Ozy. When running
initozy I get a number of messages in the command window like

load_firmware.exe-Application Error
The instruction at "0x100045c0" referenced memory at "0xe8535250". The
memory could not be "read"
click OK to terminate

upload_FPGA.exe-Application Error
.......
....not be "read"
click OK to terminate

write_I2C.exe-Application Error
......
.... not be "read"
....

the last message several times. however, at the end each of the above
mentioned actions seem to be successfully done and PowerSDR runs.
Has anybody made this experience also?
What could be my mistake? .NET 2 framework is installed.
