[hpsdr] Wave files from Field Day 2007

Hi Chris,


These are the pre-processed "IQ" files that you can
play back on PowerSDR and tune around, filter, etc.
rather than audio "speaker" processed wave files.

They were recorded with the SDR-1000 using Janus,
but the sampling was at 48 K.

I should have done some at 96 K but I was a little
bleary-eyed and didn't think of it.
