[hpsdr] PCR100 doesn't work with hamlib

Has anyone gotten one of the PCR100's from ebay working with hamlib under Linux?

It didn't do anything for me until I noticed that the PCR1000 code would at least turn the radio on 
and off.  Looking for differences between the two routines...the PCR100 codes didn't make an calls 
to on/off, so I moved the code from PCR1000 over and that part started working.  But none of the 
settings work.

I'm testing with grig over hamlib 1.2.6.1.
