[hpsdr] Tunable preselectors

The Cubic pre post unit has a prom that converts frequency input to caps and inductors selected. The only problem with this is the selection is done with relays so there is the delay of relay times to consider covering a wide bandwidth. I've seen the tunable preselector in the Cubic CDR3150 done with varactors. Maybe one board design could carry two configurations Ham band only or the whole range. Maybe these could be selectable between boards????
