[hpsdr] Not HPSDR - Another interesting Mixer ... $$$$

This is an interesting part but the insertion loss means that to have a 
minimum discernible signal that will be competitive with other 
transceivers,  you will need to provide gain in front of it.  That gain 
subtracts directly from the IP3.  The insertion loss is the deal.
