[hpsdr] USPS in VK

Hi Guys,
    Is anyone on the list familiar with the way USPS operates in 
Australia? My Ozy and Janus are in country but there is a problem. USPS 
¨track and Trace¨ shows an attempt to deliver a couple of days ago but 
this is unlikely. I have asked around and nobody has seen the USPS guy, 
even our gate guards!!
    If anyone can point me towards whichever contractor USPS is likely 
to be using I´d be most appreciative.
