CCI makes some nice stuff but I found the efficiency goes down below 3 MHz due to transformer core issues. Not high enough reactance. I built the 300 watt final a while ago for a friend. It may not be a problem with the lower Z 12 volt finals. The will work great for you as long as you machine the heat sink properly. SSB and CW no problem but if you want to amplify AM I would use copper spreaders under the final transistors so they run cooler.
