[hpsdr] Ozy/Janus Operating Manual available for download

Hi Orval,

Go directly to the Public Downloads section of the HamSDR.com website.  A few minutes ago the O/J Operating Manual was the first entry in the list of available downloads.  The file itself opens perfectly with Linux -- at least the Viewer in ubuntu.
