[hpsdr] Lessons learned

The power supply I just bought had a 24-pin connector, but the 4 extra pins
are a separate connector that locks into the larger 20-pin one.  I think the
last one I bought a few months ago did the same thing.

All you need to do is remove the tape connecting the two connectors, and
unlock them from each other.
