[hpsdr] BF stage

For those interested in implementing a BF stage to connect the HPSDR to speakers, a headphone or/and analog Line-out, e.g. in a complete self contained radio, Cirrus-Logic produces a nice set of D/A converters with mixer, tone regulators and BF amplifiers on chip.

This chips contain all the needed BF stage reducing circuitry and PCB complexity to a real minimum and enabling to control this stage by software.
