[hpsdr] VAC4.03 with Oxy/Janus and SDR1000

Just wanted to report that I used the help section on the Flex Radio site on
how to install VAC for the digital modes.  I used the same setup with my
Oxy/Janus boards and the digital audio quality for MixW and HRD is just
excellent.  No pops or drop outs, and I am getting great IMD reports on PSK.
