[hpsdr] Silence on the list

Hi Bill,
yeah, I had to kill some time while waiting for Mercury and Penny. 
Yes , the Elektor SDR is using the Cypress programmable clock generator chip and I already thought
of controlling it from PowerSDR. Probably should not be that much of a problem because actually it
is a USB - serial connection through an on-board FT232 chip
Generally the performance of the Elektor SDR is not bad together with Janus/Ozy. I have no good antenna
at the moment, but already a few meters of unmatched wire give a good sensitivity and you can listen to DRM
as well with additional DREAM software.
It is nice to play with.
