[hpsdr] More Mercury Alpha Progress

Final Mercury Alpha 1 schematics, as well as Alpha 1 PCB files, are now 
posted on hamsdr.  Links are in the wiki:

Alpha parts kits are in hand and being consolidated.  PCBs are on order 
for the first Alpha 1 prototype to be built by Phil, VK6APH.

Phil will build the Alpha 1 and any required changes will be updated to 
Alpha 2, at which point the remaining Alpha units will be constructed 
for further testing and verification.
