[hpsdr] SDR Project In Cabinet

I just posted some pictures and some documentation of my SDR project under
my personal directory at "Hamsdr". It involves the J/O and other items -
SDR IQ as a 2nd receiver along with a receiver alignment function using
the XG2. The block flow and some control info are in the file section in
my personal directory.
