[hpsdr] Admin: Correct Posting Address to this discussion list

I did not intend to open up the "Reply" configuration can of worms -- 
and it has not too much to do with sending email to a wrong address 
(bounces).  In any mail client I have tried, the "reply" or "reply all" 
features do not invoke the "bounces" address that I was writing about.

Regarding the way this discussion list is configured (that is, by 
default a "reply" goes only to the originator of the message you are 
replying to), we had a very close "vote" back in the early days of the 
list with the present configuration "winning" by only a slim margin if I 
recall correctly on only a minority of members voting.

There are certainly legitimate arguments for either way and I personally 
agree that the purpose of a list such as this one is to send to all 
recipients -- but at the same time, I have witnessed some very ill 
results and feelings generated by a responder forgetting to check where 
their private communications are going.

That being said, and considering the fact that THIS LIST is for the 
benefit of its subscribers, I'd like to call for another vote to settle 
this matter.  I will send a separate message to this list detailing both 
sides of the issue and giving a special temporary email address to send 
your vote to.  Please do NOT "vote" on the discussion list by sending 
messages to the list!
