my experience is that HPSDR is not an open project and I estimate that 90%
of all discussions are not published on the reflector.

PA:
I have nearly finished my own PA-project 160-6m which has an interface to
HPSDR/Penelope and I will offer it as kit or fully assembled within the next
3 months.

So what is PENNYWHISTLE ?
