When I ported IPS (Karl Meinzer's embedded controller language) with Karl
from the Cosmac 1802 and a 16 bit architecture to the ARM 32 bit
architecture on AMSAT's IHU-3 (another Lyle and Chuck hardware development):

This is for CROSS compiling code for the ARM.  I ran these tools including
insight through the JTAG on OTHER projects (not the IHU-3) subsequent to
that development.  I hope people who unfamiliar with the ARM processor come
to admire it and it large peripheral set and tremendous support for external
hardware control and ease of vectored interrupt handling.
