[hpsdr] Power line Note

 This is the best note I've ever seen on reporting power line noise to the company.  It is so professional that it can't be ignored and obviously maintains a previous relationship with the company.  Thanks for a good example and Merry Christmas.   A note to Santa (Awaiting Mercury).  N0UU
