Phil,
V2 is working great. Good to be able to switch to 96Kbps (fixes the dropout
problem I had at 192K.) No tuning issues.
Also, kudos to whomever made the last PowerSDR update - I see that the
frequency cal is turned off. Good idea - I wondered about that...
Nice job all the way around!
Thanks for the opportunity to beta test the Mercury software. Walking through
the update process on teamspeak was very helpful.

Hi Steve,
We are working on a three stage process to update the code in the
various HPSDR boards.
At the moment we are at Stage 1 - this is for folks who have the
necessary skills and hardware and don't need instructions. This stage
is nearly over, since it looks like the Mercury V2.1 code works OK.
We will shortly start Stage 2 - you will not need any hardware for this
stage and will just need to follow simple instructions. A few intrepid
folks have already beta tested this and it works OK.
Stage 3 will follow ASAP where the code update will be automatic, most
likely when you start PowerSDR.
There is no need to purchase/buy any JTAG programming cables at the
moment - unless you need them for other projects.
Any further feeback from the Mercury V2.1 testers please?
73's Phil...VK6APH
