The 6713 is a lower performance DSP than the TMS320C674x/OMAPL137.  It 
has fewer registers and lacks the extended instruction set.

The tools for the OMAPL137 DSK are not completed yet, so you have to 
download updates. It will be February or March before the toolchain is 
really complete.
