[hpsdr] Sasquatch II

Dear Lyle et al.,

I think I speak for quite a share of the lurkers in the background when 
I say that SASQUATCH was one of my main reasons for going HPSDR. I have 
collected all major modules so far and I would really love to use it 
stand-alone rather than depend on a PC aside.

Moreover, this (MERCURY+SASQUATCH) can be a good playground for DSP 
developers in general.. I have some applications in mind :)
