Whoa! I have a very different view and opinion of the state of
affairs of HPSDR and its prognosis, as I'm sure others do as well!
As a matter of fact, there are many members who are subscribed to this
list, myself included, who are quietly, but steadily, working hard on
the various issues that remain outstanding before we can realize a
fully operational HPSDR unit. Just because some of us aren't very
interested in Sasquatch doesn't mean we aren't interested in HPSDR!!

FYI, I personally am working to bring to life some of the wonderful
artwork that Beppe IK3VIG has so graciously submitted to the SDR
community to make the front panels of our radios look like beautiful,
professionally crafted hardware! ...and I'm also working on the 10
MHz external sync issues too.

I'm hardly an expert programmer or an expert hardware developer but I
am nevertheless working every day on these two issues without making
noise on this reflector about it. I have every confidence that there
are many others doing likewise and it is my belief that we'll
collectively make this project successful from a variety of viewpoints.

Don't misinterpret my message today; I think the reflector is a
wonderful means to communicate and I encourage anyone who has anything
to say to say it!! But simply because there isn't much
"communicating" going on at any given moment on this reflector doesn't
mean there isn't anything going on in HPSDR. There is activity in
many of the various aspects of HPSDR that doesn't get trumpeted here
on a daily basis!

73, Joe K5SO
