[hpsdr] Mercury Delivery schedule

Hi Tim --

I know everyone is anxious to get their Mercury, but John (W9DDD) at the
TAPR office is working on shipping the 400+ boards as quickly as he can.
 It's a one-man shop, so any time that he spends researching orders is
time he can't spend shipping them.

So, patience, please.
