[hpsdr] Santa came to Texas!

Santa came a day early.

Plugged in my new Mercury, it came on line, and worked first time.
It is a great receiver.

Thanks to Phil H, Phil C., Lyle J. for the design, Bill T for keeping the
PowerSDR software up with the hardware, Scotty and family
and friends for getting it built, and John and family
for getting it shipped.

A great Christmas present.
