[hpsdr] Mercury not receiving

if D1 on Ozy is flashing there is no 12.288MHz clock on Atlas A6 detected by
Ozy.
Try to switch the clock source in Setup, HPSDR of PowerSDR to Penelope if
Mercury does not work or vice versa.
