Steve,

The best tutorial is Phil's Dec 27th teamspeak step-by-step instruction that
is available for download at http://www.hamsdr.com/dnld.aspx. I use a real
Altera USB Blaster. Some e-mails have said the Terasic USB Blaster may not
work for this application.
