Just to make things clear ...  as stated below, the buy will assume
you have a TAPR partial kit (I'm not going to supply boards or 122Mhz
osc). I'm also assuming you are building it yourself .. no assembly
buy was planned.

Also, if you were planning on buying a board or partial from TAPR
they're fresh out :(
