[hpsdr] SDR-1000 / HPSDR migration path to Penelope

I've created a block diagram showing my proposed hardware migration path

Here you can see my current SDR-1000 clone/Ozy/Janus hardware and a 
block diagram detailing what I ‘think’ is my migration path to Penelope.

This might help others who are eager to press ‘Pen’ into service, the 
time is rapidly approaching :)
