[hpsdr] KICAD and Linux

Thanks Richard,

Yes I am aware how to create my own, however I have about 10 years worth of OrcadWin Capture libraries I've already created. Suffice to say it might be quicker to write a conversion utility (similar to Altium's translation utility) rather than start over.

My comment was more about the disparity between the quantity of schematic symbols supplied with KiCad and the quantity of PCB footprints others have so kindly converted from other packages and shared. I have not yet seen where anyone has converted and shared any additional schematic symbols.

I was hoping my whining would flush out an easier solution.
