[hpsdr] run that by me again

Hi All,
  I'm setting up a new shack computer dual- dual core 2.4 GHz so I can run on nitro.
  My 1 GHz machine did not come up in Penny TX but this machine does. When you add ignore-pp-ptt in the target line is it after the string on the target line? in the string?does it need quotes around it?? It was getting late last night but after a couple tries I hit the sack.
  Chomping to get it right and my amplifier string is close.
