[hpsdr] BNC patch cords

It looks like we are going to end up with a few BNC connections before the
Atlas is populated.  I would have preferred SMAs for the smallness, but
that would be overkill spec wise.  I don't have any very flexible patch
cords with BNCs.

I see some very cheap BNC connectors on eBay if ordered directly from
China.  Wondering if it might be possible to do a group buy from one of
them for a standard length cable set?
